What file format can I use?

 The best formats in which you can send your files, blueprints, and artworks are:

How am I billed?

Billing is sent once you have placed an order, to ensure the timely delivery of prints and plans. All major credit cards are accepted.

How do I get my prints?

Memphis Blueprints ships all orders directly to the address you specified – and we so at one low flat shipping rate. We use FedEx Ground® Business delivery via ground shipping, today’s most economical, day-definite, and reliable service. FedEx Ground® provides 100-percent coverage to all U.S. business addresses, with small-package delivery completed in one to five business days anywhere in the continental U.S. and in three to seven business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

All Memphis Blueprints shipments made before 2 PM normally arrive within one to two business days, depending on the distance to your destination in Memphis.

What options are available for scanning?

Memphis Blueprints offers high-resolution color and monochrome digital scanning services in formats that include PDF, TIF/TIFF, and JPG/JPEG. You can choose two options for the resolution of your black-and-white scans: 200 dpi or 400 dpi.

Your scans can be delivered via E-mail and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). If you so choose, we can also store your files in a CD or DVD, or upload them to a secure password-protected folder for download on any computer with Web access.

Is it secure?

Yes. In its commitment to the safety and protection of customer data, Memphis Blueprints has partnered with Authorize.Net, an industry-leading payment gateway that ensures fast, reliable, secure, and fraud-free transmission of transaction data.

Authorize.Net accepts online payments with 24/7 availability, and provides the complex infrastructure and security features necessary for customers to be able to shop, order, and perform online credit card and electronic check transactions with complete confidence.

Our online reprography and blueprinting services are equipped with security features that include:
